Vinyl Privacy Fences & Vinyl Picket Fences
Our vinyl privacy and picket fences are becoming increasingly popular in Minnesota as many new develpments and associations don't allow cedar fences. White and tan are by far the most common but we do offer many various colors and styles to choose from. Vinyl fences are virtually maintenance-free and are made to withstand the elements especially with our Minnesota winters.  Our materials won’t rot, chip, peel or crack and our posts are guaranteed not to heave from our winter's frozen ground. Vinyl fences with a lifetime, non-pro-rated warranty on materials and a 10-year warranty on labor. This will be the last fence you will ever need. Vinyl Fence Gallery
Ornamental Wrought Iron Steel Fences
Unlike the majority of our competitors who use cheap aluminum fencing, we only use galvanized ornamental steel fencing for all of our wrought iron fences. Our material is powder-coated to prevent rusting, rot and chipping. We offer a lifetime warranty on materials and 10-year on labor. Ornamental Gallery

Retired Cedar Fencing
Cedar posts tend to rot because of moisture in the ground and post footings will heave due to water expanding inside the footing cracking it and raising the footing and making the entire fence off-line. These factors along with the inconsistent quality of cedar fence products and the constant price increases from suppliers are why Northland Fence has made the decision to drop all wood fencing from our lineup. We want to only install the industry's best products and along with our innovative installation process we're able to provide the highest quality of fencing without wood. Here are some examples of what goes wrong with cedar fences in Minnesota.  Retired Cedar Fence Gallery
